最近我经历了一场骇人听闻的官司。。为了给各位网民警醒，我也上来八一八我经历的法院的那点事。
2010年11月29日 我收到一张来自敖汉人民法院的传票，传票上开庭时间赫然写着 2010年12月7日0时。要说人家的脑袋都没白长！零点开庭！全球首例吧~！让我是哭是笑是愤怒是震惊是震撼是感慨。。让敖汉人民法院告诉你 权利到底意味着什么！

2010年12月7日零点，我准时到敖汉人民法院准备开庭。然而巨大的法院办公楼，漆黑一片不见一人。我只好返回。
当日上午8点，我又来到敖汉人民法院。法院审判长张仲德立刻给了我一张 民事裁定书 （敖执裁字第6号）认定我无正当理由未到庭听证，撤回我的异议申请。也是当日，敖汉人民法院院长刘常友当即签发了准许拍卖本属于我的财产。

曾经我以为，法院是人民的法院。是维护公民合法权益是维护老百姓公平公正的地方。
是我很傻很天真。。自从我的案子从2009年开始审理，我所接触到的办案过程触目惊心。从前道听途说的官官相护 徇私枉法 鱼肉百姓的事情等等等等。。竟会让我有幸遭遇。。

我心中的悲愤与憋屈，无时无刻的压盖着我。...今天我来这里把事实真相统统暴光。算是发泄算是给其他网民警醒。。其实这也是我实在无奈无助之举.

在整个案子当中与我对峙的人 分别是 ：王志军 男 39岁 曾任敖汉旗司法局副局长 档案局局长 现任敖汉旗贝子府镇党委书记
朱九昌 敖汉旗信访局局长
崔玉平（朱九昌老婆）敖汉旗人民法院民事三厅厅长
蔺忠 敖汉旗工商局业务处主任

以上4人均为国家政府干部 ，不但分别拥有来源不明的几百万巨额资金，而且利用此资金放高利贷（五分利息）。其中一部分放给我的厂房的原法人周详，周详无力偿还后，双方伪造合同（没有公章）利用此合同向当地初级法院提出诉讼抢夺本属于我的财产。（此合同最神奇的地方是，在当地法院拿出时 并没有公章，而后来在中级法院提异议时竟神奇般的出现了公章。期间整个过程 案内人周详因欠当地农民粮款正在潜逃中。莫非是灵异事件？鬼给盖的公章？）用其以上几人中在公检法任职权利之便以权谋私在一审胜诉后利用此伪造合同抢夺我的财产。
唉。。其中法院那些骇人听闻的行为还有很多很多。各位如果愿意听。我就跟各位继续八一八。。。
